Gauges.

Caught up with fresh recruit Mum7 to gauge her fitness.
Turns out that Mum7 is, as suspected,  already very fit and is able to converse normally while riding up an easy but long hill (bikeonmums' fitness is gauged on level of talking ability while riding uphill) and only stopped talking when I tried her out on a decent gradient where she was only slightly puffed when she got to the top. This is good news for other Hawke's Bay based Bikeonmums as we all enjoy hills and look forward to riding with Mum7 next year.

Mum7 getting in the way of the camera and ruining scenic photo.

Managed to track down the ever elusive Mum4 by agreeing to ride with her on the enjoyable Huka Falls Rotary Ride. The only photo available is out of focus as usual with Mum4; chronic shyness. There was also the usual mix up over directions which resulted in wrong turns which led to the carrying of bikes up a huge flight of steps. Everyone agreed it was no one's fault. And it certainly wasn't mine.

Mum4: proves impossible to get a clear picture of.

Have felt the presents under the tree and worryingly there doesn't seem to be anything shaped like a Park Tool rotor truing gauge, useful for accurately gauging the straightness of disc brake rotors and featuring an infinitely adjustable, finely threaded indicator gauge.

Who wouldn't want one of these?

Event Tested for Suitability for Bike On Mums.

Good news for Bike On Mums as the Cycle Challenge Taupo Event was tested for suitability for the Bike On Mums Organisation and was found to be completely suitable for a number of Mums who would clearly have no trouble whatsoever completing one, two, or even the entire course (you know that’s you Mum3).

As no Mum was available that particular weekend (and rafting is not an acceptable excuse) a team member was recruited from Bike On to ride the first two legs.

A huge amount of fun was had most notably going uphill and finishing was quite fun too.

Fun's over

Bike On Mums trainer, without whom none of this would have been possible, was pleased with the overall result.

Helpful advice – very much appreciated.

Some Mums have been concerned that I have not done enough training in one specific area for an upcoming event. And so, kindly took it upon themselves to assist me in what they call – not braking while riding downhill.

Mum5 had the first shift and thought I would like to have a go at one of the NZ Cycle Trail routes, the Tukituki River valley loop, reported to be scenic, true, and a bit hilly, also true.
We met at her shop Revolution Bikes at 9am sharp and then I waited 40 minutes for her to get ready. But that was fine as there was plenty to look at and I had my tires pumped up and tried on some stuff and then I got into a short and interesting conversation with a man who also had a black bike- mistakenly I thought that meant we had some sort of common ground but very quickly he made it obvious that he considered his black bike to be of a higher quality than my black bike. Nice.

BikeOnMums trainer riding the Tukituki loop with hands near brakes- ready for an emergency

Anyway Mum5 is very nice to ride behind and talks informatively and knowledgeably on techniques of riding fast downhill.  Which she then demonstrated. Most of it I was unable to hear (even though some say she has a very loud voice) because she was so far ahead of me. When we were going uphill she did not have so much to say though.

Mum1 took the second shift and, cleverly refusing to pass me, instead rode behind me shouting at me in a distracting manner that only caused me to brake harder.

Mum5 suggested I think of a downhill as just a flat with a slope on it.

Which is what they are.

Mum7 at the Bikeonmums Testing Center.

Mum7 arrived at the testing center, sometimes known as my side of the garage to get the feel of her new bike and practice some more 'not listening when I'm talking to her' behaviour.

Mum 7 then accepted simple, tech free, condescendingly toned, information about gear changing (a new experience for her as her Boss 4000 was stuck in one gear) which she quickly and patiently mastered...

And so was allowed, under supervision, to take her bike out onto a public street.

A successful and enjoyable start to Mum7's biking experience.

Bikeonmums welcome Mum 7 with much goodwill.

Bikeonmums HQ is extremely pleased to welcome new member, Mum7, to the organisation.
The hand of goodwill and welcome was extended to Mum 7, who is herself all enthusiasm and cordiality underlined with control-like tendencies.

The contract was signed yesterday evening in the presence of Mums 1 and 5 (one of whom I am beginning to think shouldn't be allowed out at night.) There was some complaint that Mum7 couldn't understand the contract but that was put down to poor lighting in the cafe.

Mum 7 signed by making the mark of a cross. Perhaps one of the most overused and unimaginative 'jokes'.  Still, Bikeonmums appreciate that an attempt at humour was made.

Mum7 has already made a good impression by offering uncomplainingly to change the day that she receives her new bike to accommodate the fact that I was delayed in making it to Bikeonmums preferred mechanic who is booked in to do a pre-hand over check.

New Member attends pre-acceptance test ride/interview and awaits contract.

After some cursory consultation with other Mums, Bikeonmums HQ have decided that it is time to introduce a new member. We followed our tried and true membership drive technique, which we feel in the interests of politeness and decency should not be written down, but there was the usual amount of personal remarks made - none unkind - and finally a candidate was chosen.

This new Mum fits the general criteria. She has agreed in the pre-acceptance interview to follow all Bikeonmums fluid and arbitrary rules as decided by the Bikeonmums Commissioner as and when the Commissioner decides to make them.
When questioned agreed black was most attractive colour for a bike and peach most unattractive.
Understands difficult mental concept that current bike is interim measure until better bike is available.
She has her own, interestingly named and completely unsuitable bike, (soon to be replaced).

The Boss 4000
Is the name indicative of the owner's personality?

Powerbulge Ninja: seriously?

Test ride results.
Prospective new member was able to ride on the flat for 15 kilometers maintaining a reasonable pace while conversing.
Unable to change gears as bike has not seen the inside of a bike repair shop. Ever.

Mum5 impresses with a 4th placing.

Tour of the Bay Compulsory Event;

Attendees: Mum5
Apologies: Mum1, Mum3

Mum5 consents to be interviewed against a flattering backdrop of portaloos and bins and explains in one concise sentence what happened to her bike.

Mum5 had not ridden this bike before so I thought I would calm her nerves with a little pre-race pep talk

Mum5 pretends to listen to instruction
and friendly mingling.
Mum5 mingles
I though she would take a little time to get used to this bike but- wrong. Once we had worked out that the race had started she was gone, only sparing time to slow down and personally thank every single marshal on the course. She dropped me on the last km, producing an enviable sprint finish. Imagine what she could do on a better bike (not the lowest spec one available)—wonder where she could get one from?

Lost bikes and comparison ratings.

Lost bike number 1.

Mum5 has lost her bike. In the week before the Tour of the Bay race; in which she has wisely entered the 20km event.  Wisely because two other Bikeonmums who were supposed to be riding in this race have made other plans thereby securing Mum5’s rating as my current favourite and winner of the prize of two bonus hill training sessions. (Including refreshments of her choice.) Mum3 has decided to leave the country for a week and Mum1, showing herself to be somewhat braver and also perhaps a touch defiant (considering this ride was her year’s goal) will be only thirty minutes away. By comparison this makes Mum5 look fantastic, especially since her bike is lost.

(Someone quoted Roosevelt to me recently, and not for the first time, saying that comparison is the thief of joy which is, as everyone else knows, complete tosh because how else can we rank everything?

Mum5 left her bike in her shop and then someone sold it. And, to make it weirder, it was sold to someone who is going to ride it in the 50km event. But that doesn’t matter to Mum5 who trusts that she will have something to ride on race day. She is a star. Tactics were decided this afternoon and basically consist of not coming last and saving something for the last 5kms, whether that meant energy for a sprint or raspberry-cup-cake carb less bars I can’t remember, probably both.

Lost bike number 2.

In other race related news Bikeonmums gratefully received some believable and achievable training advice from a non-mum cyclist  for an upcoming event. This advice made such a positive impression on the Bikeonmums organisation that this person is now considered to be the official, (on our side anyway) Bikeonmums training advisor and his rating (still not as high as other similar people but closer,) has increased as a result.

Where is my bike?

Bikeonmums trainer wonders if bike was left by
this fascinating bench like structure.
(And incidentally showing feminine side by considerately not taking up the entire seat, earning 5 extra rating points.)

Boxes

The time was long overdue for a visit to Mum3’s place of residence (where it is still winter) and to check up on her progress. Excellent all around of course. There was time for a breakfast meeting (low carb except for the waffles) to thoughtfully consider pressing BikeOnMum’s business i.e. how to find more time to train, and to discuss Mum3’s recently developed interest in rugby. This interest has not arisen simply because she now represents her workplace at sporting functions involving drinking in corporate boxes, but for other, more valid cycling related reasons. For example she was hoping Argentina would win against Scotland because the blue and white of the Pumas is very similar to the blue and white of the Saxo Bank- Sungard Team and two of the riders, the Haedo brothers are Argentinean.

The elusive Mum4 was also invited along to the game as she is sometimes known to be in the lower North Island however she declined  saying that she preferred to go to Canadian games and had anyway just received a delivery and was going to spend the weekend unpacking it (see photo).

Mum6 and Archie (her dog)

After weeks of saying I would get around to it I got around to visiting Mum6 on her quiet street. It helped my motivation once she mentioned that her front brake was stuck on because BikeOnMums do not allow brakes to be stuck on for longer that twenty-four hours. Also it gave me an opportunity to take a junior team member, who loves dogs, along to witness the much anticipated viewing of Archie riding in the basket. Mum6, who exhibits a refreshingly scant regard for safety, (and shockingly none of the three people I saw that morning riding bikes on her street were wearing helmets) demonstrated how Archie enjoys riding harness-less in an old basket which is not attached to her bike but rocks gently on an angle from her handlebars. Mum6 also mentioned that her gears sound a bit funny. This is something that does happen on occasion with bikes - one of my bikes has developed a strange squeak like noise which I may do something about one day. So I have authorised Mum6 to take her bike to BikeOnMums preferred mechanic as he knows what to do with funny sounding gears. This also gave me a valid excuse to pop in to Soul Cycle Repairs and luckily I did as if I had not then I would not have realised that I needed to order some more tools.

Cycling/Rugby what is the difference? Part II

Last time we covered the similarities in uniform from the teams’ perspective. However the supporters also need to feel their way carefully in the difficult area of what to wear to show their support of their team.
How much branded gear is too much? In such visual sports with opinionated and vocal fans there is there is a fine line of taste that needs to be negotiated with a delicate and subtle hand.

everything matches - a bold choice

                        mixed brands - thoughtfully done

For example, some people, who own all the kit including a dumb poster may be overly upset that HTC-Highroad has to disband at the end of the season (for, as some say, not being able to find a financial backer) as they may feel they will no longer be able to wear the gear, you know, at least in public.

Of course not everyone thinks you need abandon your old gear. Mum4 only ever wears her replica all blacks jersey from 2007. The away strip that is– as silver is her favourite colour.

Pathway Bikes – previously known as ‘bikes’

Pathway bike

BikeOnMums have been focused recently on high spec bikes but it has come to our attention that some retailers are experiencing a surprising increase in sales of pathway bikes and that interestingly enough the buyers of these bikes are basing their decisions on the colour of the bikes and the comfort of the seat.

This information produced the usual amount of scoffing laughter in the BikeOnMums branches. As all of us who are pre-qualified to be in BikeOnMums or similar organisations will know – colour is the most important thing, outweighing even carbon bladed forks and bla bla group sets. And those of us possessed of a basic or raw knowledge of bikes know that it is the paint job and accessories on a bike, even a white bike, that make it interesting and desirable.

Binding agreements

Mum3 who has proven to have a large amount of determination and self control and is trustworthy and powerful enough to have a login access to this site has recommended that BikeonmumsHQ and those that live within a 2.6km radius of BikeonmumsHQ should commit to her 2 week food deprivation plan.
This directive arose while we were engaged in a professional advice seeking conversation regarding one of the more self determining (stubborn) Bikeonmums. Somehow Mum3 cleverly redirected the focus of her advice on to me and took the fact that I was agreeing with her to mean that I agreed with her.
But because Bikeonmums don’t back out of agreements, even ones that they don’t mean to agree to, the plan is underway - for me anyway. And, as always, the best leading is done by example.
It has been unkindly implied that it will be difficult for some of us here at BikeonmumsHQ to give up items that are, generally speaking, classed as daily refreshments. But what is often forgotten or undervalued is that Bikeonmums have proven that they can give up these particular refreshments for as long as nine months at a time. Something that others are never called upon to do. Others, who were unable to retain for themselves a second X chromosome. The first, and arguably the most important, test of natural ability.

Cycling and rugby; what is the difference really?

Mum4, while thoroughly enjoying the Tour de France, is pleased that it has finished so she can concentrate on her favourite sporting spectacle; the rugby world cup. In the distant past cycling and rugby were dissimilar sports however, over recent years, rugby has come to fundamentally imitate cycling.
-Focus is on training, recovery and nutrition.
-Rugby game is similar to two 45 minute cycling criterium races with players continually circling the field/course.
-Teams work tactically together to help the sprinters/wings score points.

But perhaps the most obvious similarity is in the clothing. Rugby jerseys used to be long sleeved and made from heavy cotton. Now they are designed to be as light as possible and are the same material as cycling jerseys.

Different? It's a line call.

Training films: the importance of.

A standard procedure for trainers is to film the riders without their knowledge. This enables us to identify and isolate any careless habits that may be developing and these habits are more likely to be evident if the cyclist is unaware they are being filmed.
Another essential part of the trainer’s job is to establish what the primary motivation of each rider is in order to get the best performance from her. Mum1 usually responds well and will achieve the required work rate if she is rewarded with a single shot of coffee mixed with sugary chocolate powder. This is not a drink approved of by one of the Bikeonmums team, a qualified fitness and dietary expert, who would prefer me to provide Mum1 with a protein shake.
Mum4 who is a registered clinical psychologist was consulted on whether it would be wise to make such a drastic change to Mum1’s training program.  Mum4 is of the opinion that Mum1 may not willingly accept this suggestion as Mum1 has on several occasions exhibited some difficulty with authority and this behaviour is clearly in evidence in Mum1’s most recent training video as she continually backchats and blatantly disobeys simple instructions.
(Although in fairness this personality trait is not seen as wholly negative at Bikeonmums as independence of spirit is valued and appreciated).

Indoor training.

This week Mum1 was invited to a supervised wind training session at her house. Not that I don’t believe she uses her own wind trainer on a sufficiently regular basis, ie every day, but there is nothing better for motivation than to have the helpful support of someone next to you encouraging you to keep going in a friendly manner. And I have never seen Mum1 so well exercised. (Photographic evidence was destroyed in the interests of continuing friendship). We used a training dvd, the usual sort of thing showing a bunch of ageing guys racing a criterion course and  taking themselves very seriously. Some people are scornful of these dvds but not us here, we approve of them. They are visually highly entertaining and useful for picking up all sorts of jargon.  I left the official Bikeonmums road bike at her house for her to play with as eventually Mum1 will need to get one of these....

less expensive than a boat

As expected the Tour is causing a slight drop in productivity. Niki Terpstra from the Quick Step Cycling team came close to being dropped from the Bikeonmums Tour de France favourites after winning the most aggressive rider award in Stage 15. Aggression is disapproved of at Bikeonmums as a non-feminine characteristic but Mum4 argued successfully that reasonableness is a feminine characteristic and on that basis one mistake should be allowed. Hard to argue with that; even though arguing is allowed.

Mum6 gets her first accessory.

Mum1 dusted the cobwebs of her bike this morning for a spin through the countryside. It has been previously noted that about half way through every pre-agreed route she attempts, usually successfully, to make some kind of change and today, unsurprisingly, instead of repeating the circuit as instructed she tried to return via a different and possibly shorter way but I was prepared and shouted at her and for the first time ever she gave in. At the end of the ride we went looking for Mum5 and found her lurking suspiciously in her bike shop. Now that Mum3 has spent some money on new and essential equipment we think that we might need stuff too. We just don’t know quite what. Mum6, our newest rider, reports that she has been getting out and about on her bike and enjoying it. She is getting more confident at getting on and off-- thankfully as that can be quite a key part of cycling. She has fixed an old basket to the front for her little dog to ride in; the perfect accessory.
Mum 4 has been beside herself with the excitement and annoyance during the last few stages of the Tour de France. She went off on an absolute rant when Johnny Hoogeland from her favourite team Vacansoleil-DCM was injured in a crash after a Team Sky rider was hit by a car and only calmed down when I was able to change to the interesting topic of whether she thought Thomas Voeckler looks better in his green Europcar team jersey or in the yellow jersey? Green. And how feminine is it to change the colour of your bike to match the colour of your jersey? Very.

Bikeonmum3 - New Clothes

Well I have done what I said I was going to do last week and went out and spent a small fortune on cycle gear.  No treats for the family for the rest of the year, but at least I will be warm and cosy when I go out cycling.

As bikeonmum3 is want to do, when I get into a shopping mood I do tend to go for it.  So Saturday afternoon found me wondering around Wellington central looking for the Icebreaker shop and I came across Capital Cycles.  A very helpful gentleman gave me lots of assistance and he wasn't an overseller either and I managed to get new cycle shoes, booties, new full leggings, leg warmers, ear cosey and a new jacket.  Each option I asked him not to tell me the prices but to let me see what each item felt like, fitted, etc.   This store isn't the biggest but I managed to have about every shoe box open, clothes were strewn everywhere and I totally croweded out anyone else who wanted to try something on. Just my luck everything I liked was top of the range(figures) however I made some good choices and it will be stuff that will last.  I could have shopped around but as far as I am concerned I got everything I needed in one place and negotiated a good discount.  My key purchase was the shoes and I went top shelf SIDI from Italy and they are gorgeous.

Bikeonmum3 hubby changed out my pedals last night so I went for a slightly smaller ride today to try out the new gear and especially the new shoes/pedals.  Shoes seemed easier to clip out of than my current mountainbike ones and the knees felt good at the end of the ride.  The long leggings are fantastic and my layered icebreaker stuff was great against the windy conditions today. The jacket doesnt turn up until Tuesday but as it was in the daylight I didnt need it.   Hubby thought that I needed a full head warmer but to be honest the ear cosey was great and the ponytail fitted better around it.

Now I have no excuses not to get out and cycle:)

Times and placings

It has come to our attention here at Bikeonmums HQ that some Mums may not be taking the recording of their times and kilometers seriously. (Not you Mum3, we know that you keep very detailed performance statistics- others could learn from your example). Results are very important and people better have found their notebooks before my next visit.

Other important results after Stage 7.
Sandy Casar 66th
Niki Sorensen 118th
Nicki Terpsta 181th
Fortunately these riders were not caught up in the Stage 7 crashes. Bikeonmums hope they can finish the tour while keeping in mind the two most important criteria in a race. 1- don't finish last and 2- make sure someone younger finishes behind you.

Stage 5

Bikeonmums who by definition know something about pain watched with interest the crash filled Stage 5. Some of the riders had painful or as we call them ‘manful’ injuries but we all agreed that Nicki Sorensen showed his feminine side, by getting up and carrying on to finish the stage after being knocked off his bike by a motorbike, as did Tom Boonen who not only completed the stage after his nasty crash thereby showing a huge amount of feminine determination but he also wore the nicest necklace

Stages 3 and 4

Mum4 was beside herself at the finish of Stage 3 when Romain Feillu (Vacansoleil-DCM) almost took the Stage win. We can only hope that inspires her to get out on her own bike this week. Mum1also has not had a good week of cycling; she has been sighted near her bike but not on it or pedalling it- circumstances have been against her though so there will be no punishment.

Stage 4 question; what does Frank Schleck find so interesting in the crowd?

Stage 2

Disappointment for Mum4 as the Vacancesoleil-DCM team could only mange 20th place in the team time trial. She explains that this poor result would not have been the case had the formidable Thomas De Gendt not fallen in Stage1 and injured his collarbone. De Gendt spoke of the injury ''Niet het breukje veroorzaakt de pijn, maar de speiren en de ligamenten.'' That is terrible. However Mum4 was very happy that Lieuwe Westra is currently in 9th place with 17 points.

Tour de France Stage1

After watching the first stage of the Tour De France and after much heated debate Bikeonmums democratically decided which individual riders we would follow. Many factors were taken into consideration but the most important was; does he have a girls name?
So in no particular order we here at Bikeonmums favour; Nicki Sorenson, Sandy Casar, and Niki Terpstra.

Mum4 who is very studious and Belgian and also knows a lot about bike design proposed that we should follow the Vacansoleil-DCM team as they are riding the exceptional Ridley bikes. No one else cared either way, to Mum4's disgust, so this suggestion was unanimously accepted. The Ridley philosophy is Form Follows Function which coincidentally ties in nicely with Bikeonmums own philosophy Function Follows Form.

Special mention today goes to Allesandro Petacch, pictured below, for his amazingly feminine necklace.

Bikeonmum3 Back on Target

Its been a while since I updated whats going on with me but here goes...

Since May I have been slightly distracted with a new job and though I have had every intention and motivation to get out on the bike it hasn't happened like I would wish and add in the Welly weather and my lack of adequate winter clothing and its been abit of a disaster.  Towards the end of May I meet with one of the Revolve ladies who set me up with a cycle and fitness five month programme to get me to a reasonable condition to have a go at Round Lake Taupo.  Well I started out well but then crumbled fast so during June I managed only 4 outings with the target supposed to be 8 outings.  One positive aspect was I did keep up the gym workouts side of things.

So I am starting again and today went out for a nice little 40k ride and though I still need to get better clothing it felt good. However, I did freeze and by the time I had got back to Miramar I had to stop and get a takeaway cup of tea(which is like so uncool as apparently cyclists drink coffee!!) This week I am off to icebreaker and also to get new shoes and booties.  I am going to watch the Tour de France as well so that will be hugely inspirational and motivational...I hope.

PS I managed to lose a little bit of weight over the last couple of months and got to say it does make life easier getting up the Brooklyn Hill.

Accessories

BikeOnMums has been increasing our stock of accessories, which is one of the enjoyable and time consuming pastimes of cycling. Last week a number of bikeonmums received bike computers. For one mum the most important function on these computers is the outside temperature as this mum has been known not to leave the house when it is less than 15 degrees Celsius. I think there may be something wrong with my computer as it recorded a top speed last week of 42 kph which I know is impossible as I was not with Mum1 at the time so I was not having to keep up with her and shout safety messages at her while she giggles her way down hills with no regard for upcoming intersections. Mum1 will soon learn to love uphill.

Mum4, who is in the process of moving house, has packed her computer 'somewhere in a box'. Mum4 often makes vague statements like this but cannot be faulted over her commitment to cycling where ever she feels like and with no regard for accepted and entrenched cycling dress codes.
Mum4 getting some exercise

A new bike has arrived at Bikeonmums HQ for the purpose of the school run. This bike was not purchased as someone close to Mum1 suggested, solely because it is a better bike than his (even though it is) but because it has a lefty fork. And what better reason, besides colour, can there be to buy a bike.

Mum6 graduates to new bike

Mum6 has cheerfully withstood the trial of riding the Bikeonmums official bike (the pink World rider) and is rewarded with a beautiful brand new Bauer Comfort - midnight blue. There was some concern that even this small framed bike would be too big for Mum6 so she was asked to complete a test lap of her street while avoiding the usual urban hazards of motor homes and small, fluffy dogs. This she completed while displaying an impressive vague and inattentive riding style.

Mum6's new bike arrives for testing.

Mum6's new bike has arrived and is currently being certified as roadworthy at the Bikeonmums testing facility. Once cleared, the bike will be delivered to Mum6 and she can begin her strict biking
programme of going out when she feels like it and having fun.The seat can go very low on this small framed bike; a necessity to accommodate teeny tiny Mum6's leg length.

Mum6, who is quite unconventional, was telling me that she would be keen to try a lefty shock as she is very interested in their 88 needle bearing technology and would like a front end that is light and nimble and doesn't
have to be muscled around. I agreed that would be very handy on trips to the shops.

Friday, June 10, 2011

This week Mum1 received her new training goals and agreed to them! She was distracted at the time by the arrival of her mochaccino with three marshmallows though, so I can’t be entirely sure that she was fully aware of what she was agreeing to but that is not important as these ‘meetings’ are really just a formality anyway and Mum1 has agreed to:

1.   Stop ordering mochaccinos with or without marshmallows. A mochaccino is not coffee and is embarrassing for others sitting at the same table.
2.    Ride at least 100kms per week until I say she has to do more.
3.    Ride the 50 or 110k (depending on how I’m feeling when I register her) event in Tour of the Bay in October.

Mum6 has completed her trial of the bikeonmums staff bike and found it is too big for her. We had hoped that her legs would grow a few centimetres but that has not been the case.  A new, correctly sized bike has been ordered. Unfortunately it does not have DT Swiss rims (see photo) which happen to be Mum6’s rim of choice but she says she can live with the disappointment.

Audio Interview- Mum1

Today Mum1 fulfilled part of her bikeonmums contract by taking a two minute break from her indoor trainer to answer some  important questions.
This interview is presented in its entirety and has not been edited in any way.
(The views and opinions expressed by Mum1 may not necessarily be the views held by Bikeonmums HQ)
