Assembly is always greatly appreciated by Bike On Mums.
Real Women Duathlon running training began this evening. Bike On Mum1
has pretended that she can't run but this is not true. She is fast.
No problem is me and the old body NO like running! Biking much more fun. You say I fast, how come I'm always following you :)
